***Please note that this declaration includes the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservations. Parts of these reservation lands are situated in Duchesne and Grand counties, which counties are not in and of themselves made a part of this declaration.  Our research with local sources indicates that any zip codes for Duchesne and Grand Counties may not be exclusive to the reservation lands; accordingly, we are unable at this time to provide zip codes for the parts of reservation lands within the boundaries of these latter two counties.
