VA Houston RLC Bulletin 2005-09 Requirements for Areas Declared a Disaster Area

The VA Houston Regional Loan Center has issued Bulletin 2005-09 reminding servicers of the VA requirements regarding loans secured by properties that are located in the disaster areas designated by Federal or State authorities as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
