Pursuant to the recent flooding and destruction caused by Hurricane Dennis, HUD has issued Mortgagee Letter 2005-33, reminding mortgagees of the existing underwriting and servicing policies to Assist Victims of Presidentially-Declared Major Disaster Areas.
