While inspections are being completed in the areas impacted by Hurricane Katrina there still remains some areas that are inaccessible. The situation on the ground has only been further complicated by Hurricane Rita. Below is a compilation of relevant information that we feel our clients could utilize in their analytics. This was compiled prior to Hurricane Rita. Plaquemines Parish We have received verification from Benny Rousselle, the President of Plaquemines Parish that the parish had suffered utter devastation. One particular statement of concern was " the Parish is aware of 4-5 properties, out of 5000, that are salvageable from Point a la Heche to Venice.
