Please see the following memo released by First Preston, requiring that photos be submitted with all second bids for debris removal.

Please note, First Preston has advised that, if requested, a 15-day extension will be granted to accommodate this new requirement.

I have been informed that this requirement is intended to reduce the number of bids that are cut due to difficulty experienced by M&Ms in verifying that bid amounts reflect the actual work that needs to be performed.

The availability of a 15-day extension to provide this service represents a positive approach to resolving the issues we are having with cut bids.
