On November 28th, Department of Veterans Affairs Phoenix Regional Office issued Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin 26-05-14 regarding the availability of Electronic Mailboxes for submission of specific documents.

Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin 26-05-14

SUBJECT:   Electronic Mailboxes Available for Submission of NOD/NOI, Election to Convey, and Status of Loan Account Documents

1.  PURPOSE:  This bulletin is released to provide contact information for Servicers

electing to transmit servicing and foreclosure documents electronically to the Phoenix

Regional Loan Center (RLC). 

2.  DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED:  The Phoenix RLC accepts the following electronically

transmitted servicing and foreclosure documents: 

·        Notice of Default (VA Form 26-6850)

·        Notice of Default and Intention to Foreclose (VA Form 26-6850a)

·        Notice of Intention to Foreclose (VA Form 26-6851)

·        Status of Loan Account - Foreclosure or Other Liquidation (FL26-567)

·        Notice of Election to Convey and/or Invoice for Transfer of Property

      (VA Form 26-8903) 

3.      FORMAT USED:  These documents must be in a Portable Document Format (.PDF) and attached to your e-mail.  Please send only one document per e-mail message.  When addressing your e-mail message, put the VA case number in the SUBJECT block using all 12 digits (i.e., 45-45-6-1234567 not 1234567).   Also, name or rename the .PDF file itself with the VA case number (i.e., 45-45-6-1234567.pdf not 1234567.pdf).

4.     E-MAIL ADDRESSES: 

·        You may submit the Notice of Default (VA Form 26-6850), Notice of Default and Intention to Foreclose (VA Form 26-6850a), and the Notice of Intention to Foreclose (VA Form 26-6851) documents to:  45/NODNOI@vba.va.gov 

·        You may submit the Status of Loan Account Foreclosure Other Liquidation

(FL 26-567) documents to:  45/BIDS@vba.va.gov

·        You may submit the Notice of Election to Convey and/or Invoice for Transfer of Property (VA Form 26-8903) documents to:  45/CONVEY@vba.va.gov

5.     AVAILABILITY OF FORMS:  Servicers may download these forms/documents from

the VA Forms website: http://www.va.gov/vaforms by typing the appropriate form number and clicking “Search”.  Adobe Acrobat Reader must be used to view forms located on this website.  You may download the recommended latest release, Version 6.0, from the VA Forms Website. 

6.  RESCISSIONS:  The following Loan Guaranty Information bulletins are rescinded: LGIB 26-00-23, LGIB 26-01-17, LGIB 26-01-18, LGIB 26-01-19, and LGIB 26-02-05.
