FHLMC December 14th Bulletin

Freddie Mac has released it December 14th Bulletin.

Included in the Bulletin are;

Changes to the Default Management Servicer Performance Profile
Updates to Chapter 67 to provide better flow of information about how to handle bankruptcies filed when a Mortgage is current, delinquent, and becomes delinquent subsequent to a bankruptcy filing.
