HUD is requesting public comment and feedback on its method of processing deed-in-lieu of foreclosure requests. The Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Comment Request, Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure for corporate mortgagors or mortgagors who own multiple properties, released in December, will help HUD evaluate its information collection process and ways to improve timeliness and information quality.
