On January 4th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas affected by recent Severe Winter Storms in the States of Minnesota and North Dakota. No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance. Minnesota - Big Stone, Clay, Lac Qui Parle, Lincoln, Norman, Stevens, Traverse, Wilkin, and Yellow Medicine.
