In the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, FEMA continues with its Blue Roof program to provide a free temporary roof to residential structures, schools, daycares and all publicly owned facilities.

Safeguard inspectors have seen a number of properties with notification from the Army Corps of Engineers affixed to properties (click here). These notices advise that the property does not qualify for the Program.
