The NSC Tulsa Branch handles the payoff of insured Section 235 loans involving the recapture of subsidy payments; servicing and payoff of partial claims; questions and concerns involving Secretary-Held loans that were previously sold in an asset sale by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and interpretation/procedural questions regarding the servicing of FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) loans.  It also handles the servicing and release of second mortgages related to Nehemiah Housing Opportunity Grants.
