Discussions regarding the creation of a
"Natural Catastrophe Risk Plan" (previously reported
here) have intensified
recently.
- NAMIC (National Association of Mutual
Insurance Companies) recently issued a statement that mentioned the
recent filing of a class action
lawsuit by homeowners with "All Perils"
policies.
