As you may be aware, the industry is focusing on identifying Mobile and Manufactured Homes in the foreclosure process in order to insure that the lender forecloses on both the MH/MF home and the land associated with the loan (the personal property and the real property).

You may not be aware, however, that Safeguard has a Mobile Home report available for your review on our web site. The Mobile Home report flags the loan in our system once our inspectors advise that the property is a mobile home.

The report will list all of your loans that we have identified as mobile homes.
