Update

On February 23rd, FEMA added the following counties to the original Presidential Declaration as eligible for Individual Assistance: El Dorado, Nevada and Shasta.

On February 23rd, FEMA added the following county to the original Presidential Declaration as eligible for Public Assistance: Alameda

On February 3rd, FEMA issued Presidential Disaster Declarations for areas affected by recent Severe Storms and Flooding in the States of California and Nevada.

California

The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Contra Costa, Del Norte, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Sacramento, Siskiyou, Solano, and Sonoma.

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Colusa, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Sonoma, Sutter, Trinity, Yolo, and Yuba.

Nevada

No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance:  

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Carson City, Douglas, Lyon, Storey, and Washoe. In addition, the following areas are eligible as part of this declaration; Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe in Washoe County and the Washoe Tribe in Douglas County.
