Subject: Process for Transfer of Title for Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands VA REO Properties.
Outlines the procedures approved by the VA to convey Puerto Rico and U.S.Virgin Island REO properties into the name of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs after foreclosure. These procedures are effective immediately.It is the responsibility of all loan servicers to communicate these requirements to their respective foreclosure counsel.

Subject: Transfer of the Loan Servicing from the San Juan VA Regional Office to the St. Petersburg, FL, VA Regional Loan Center.

Advises all holders and servicers that the San Juan VA Regional Office Loan Servicing is moving to the St. Petersburg, Fl, Regional Loan Center. This bulletin also provides the mailing address for the St. Petersburg, Fl, VA Regional Loan Center as well as telephone, fax, e-mail addresses and web site for the Regional Loan Center. This change is effective on February 3, 2006. All Notices of Default, Notices of Intention to Foreclose, Elections to Convey, Claims Under Guaranty as well as all written and electronic comunication concerning VA defaulted loans must be submitted to the St. Petersburg, Fl, VA Regional Loan Center.

Maximum Charges for Expenses in the Liquidation of VA Guaranteed Loans for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Included in this Bulletin:

• Update regarding submission of claims, supplemental claims and procedure for properties with taxes due  and payable within 30 days after the date of conveyance or transfer of the property to
