VA Houston RLC Bulletin 2006-06 Conveyance of Properties to VA

The Houston Regional Loan Center of the Department of Veterans Affairs has released Bulletin 2006-06.

This bulletin provides guidance on procedures for conveyance of properties to VA, including

Clarification about insurance requirements
Timeframes for submission of title documents to the Property Management service provider, Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC (Ocwen)
VA policies on Bills of Collection (BOC) for reconveyed properties.
