On behalf of MDA, thank you for your continued interest in our program and your cooperation over the last several weeks.  We have been working closely with many of you to resolve the remaining administrative issues relating to MDA's current plan.  Due to delays resulting from the religious holidays and scheduled vacations around those holidays, MDA is extending the deadline to opt-in until the close of business on Friday, April 21st.
