Freddie Mac has released its April 25th Bulletin with amendments to its Selling and Servicing requirements along with additional revisions (Exhibits, Glossary Terms and Forms) and consolidation and subsequent deletion of some Directories.

Included in the Bulletin is the addition of more detailed instructions in Chapter 66 concerning foreclosure on a Mortgage registered with MERS.
