Manufactured Housing Update on eFannieMae.com
Get information about the titling of manufactured housing as real property in 12 states.

In June 2003, Fannie Mae announced a plan to provide information that will help lenders comply with our requirements for manufactured home loans. Fannie Mae is providing this information for 12 states initially to assist lenders in dealing with the titling issues associated with manufactured homes that are classified as real property.
