Massachusetts:
FEMA has declared Essex and Middlesex counties eligible for Public Assistance. These two counties were previously declared eligible for Individual Assistance.

Update June 1st
New Hampshire:
The six counties originally declared eligible for Individual Assistance (Belknap, Carroll, Hillsborough, Merrimack , Rockingham, and Strafford) are now eligible for Public Assistance.

On May 25th, FEMA issued Presidential Disaster Declarations for areas affected by recent  Severe Storms and flooding in the States of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

The following counties were declared eligible for  Individual Assistance.
Maine: York
Massachusetts: Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk Counties
New Hampshire: Belknap, Carroll, Hillsborough, Merrimack , Rockingham, and Strafford

The following counties were declared eligible for  Public Assistance: 
Maine: York
Massachusetts: N/A
New Hampshire: N/A
