The
Department of Veteran Affairs released Loan Guaranty Information
Bulletin 26-06-08 as an update to Bulletin
26-05-03, which set the minimum
requirements and maximum fees for securing a property in the
states of Arizona, California, and Nevada. The
Bulletin provides updated foreclosure costs for
liquidation.
According to the
new release, the cost of liquidation appraisals in
the applicable states has been increased to $425,
with liquidation appraisal updates costing $200.
All other securing
requirements and maximum fees outlined in Bulletin 26-05-03
remain.
