VA Regional Loan Center New Information Bulletins

The VA Regional Loan Center listed below has issued several new information bulletins. 

Houston Regional Office

Bulletin No. 2003-12: Claims Under Guaranty and Maximum Amounts Reimbursed for Expenses, rescinding 2001-08 on the same subject.

2003-12 includes an attachment listing allowable costs.  The property cost allowables are identical to those contained in Bulletin No. 2002-13: Property Inspections and Preservation, except that there is an allowable for boarding patio doors ($60) that does not appear in Bulletin 2002-13.

Bulletin No. 2003-13: How to Obtain Foreclosure Sale Bidding Instructions, rescinding 2002-14 on the same subject.

Bulletion No. 2003-14: Liquidation Schedule for Texas Discontinued, rescinding 2002-21, dated November 5, 2002.
