Attached is the City of Dayton's (Dayton, Ohio) Division of Housing Inspection's recent updated Structural Nuisance List. This is a list of properties that may be slated for DEMOLITION in the very near future. The City of Dayton has set a goal of Demolishing 300 to 350 houses for 2006. The first part of the list has Abated properties listed, starting on line 102 are Active Cases, lines that are shaded in gray are properties that are in the Severe Fire Damaged Nuisance Program and will be on a faster track to demolition. There appear to be 430 active cases. If any of the properties on the active list are yours or your clients, you will need to contact Bill O'Connell at 937-333-3909 and/or bill.oconnell@cityofdayton.org to see what needs to be done to get it off the list.
