The Mortgagee Letter notifies mortgagees that the Office of Single Family Asset Management’s National Servicing Center (NSC) Tulsa, Oklahoma location has relocated to a new address. In addition, it provides clarification regarding the functions performed by this NSC location and to remind mortgagees of loan servicing contractor information.

Effective immediately, mortgagees are to  use the following address for all correspondence for the NSC Tulsa, OK office location:

• reviews extension/variance requests
• provides interpretation and/or procedural guidance regarding the servicing of
  FHA-insured mortgages and assets
• and oversees the work of Morris-Griffin/First Madison Services, Inc., (MG / FMS), the loan servicing contractor for the NSC.

HUD reminds the mortgagees that MG / FMS is responsible for;

•  Single Family Secretary-Held assets.
•  Responding to questions and concerns involving Secretary-Held loans
  that were previously sold in an asset sale by the Department of Housing and
  Urban Development.
