The Ohio Code Enforcement Officers Association (OCEOA) requested that Robert Klein of Safeguard Properties and John Carter from the City Of Dayton conduct a joint presentation to the OCEOA. This presentation provided an overview of the joint efforts of code enforcement and field service providers to address problems presented by vacant and abandoned properties, and was well received by those in attendance.
