Maryland:
No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.

New York:
No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.
The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance: Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Herkimer, Montgomery, Otsego, Sullivan, and Ulster.

Ohio:
The following counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance: Cuyahoga, Erie, Huron, Lucas, Sandusky, and Stark
