On July 3rd, the Phoenix Regional Loan Center released Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin No. 26-06-10 titled, "Transfer of New Mexico Loan Administration Operations from the Denver Regional Loan Center to the Phoenix Regional Loan Center"

Effective July 1, 2006, the Phoenix RLC will assume responsibility for all Loan Administration activities in the state of New Mexico.

This includes (but is not limited to) processing of all :

• Notices of Default
• Notices of Intention to Foreclose
• Loan status updates
• Alternatives to foreclosure
• Status of Loan Account
• Foreclosure or Other Liquidation forms
• Claims Under Loan Guaranty
• Notices for Election to Convey and/or Invoice for Transfer of Property in the state of New Mexico.

On or after the effective date, please direct all mail and inquiries concerning Loan Administration activities in New Mexico to.
