LA Senate Bill 445 Louisiana Housing Finance Agency |

As previously discussed (click here) LA Senate Bill 445 was
designed to create the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency,
a non-profit corporation. This agency will hold
and sell the titles to property destroyed by Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita if the owners decide to take the buy-out grant
rather than to repair under The Road Home program. The bill
was
recently signed into
law by the Governor of
