On July 13th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas affected by Severe Storms, Tornadoes and Flooding in the State of Virginia.

No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance.
The following areas were declared eligible for Public Assistance: The independent City of Alexandria and the counties of Alleghany, Arlington, Bath, Dickenson, Fairfax, Highland, King George and Rockbridge
