It is with great pride and appreciation that
the staff at Safeguard Properties congratulates our company's
founder and CEO Robert Klein for his nomination for the 2006 Ernst
& Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. We are proud of
the fact that Robert has become a mortgage field servicing leader,
giving our company its reputation for advancements in technology,
improvements in procedures, and excellence in customer
satisfaction. We have been instilled with Robert's focus on
resolving our clients' issues through open communications among all
members of the servicing industry: lenders, investors, code
enforcement officials, field services contractors, and government
regulators at all levels.
After sixteen years, beginning with two employees in a basement
office in Cleveland, Robert and the team he has built have created
a comprehensive real estate field services company. Our
current staff of more than 400 employees and hundreds of
contractors are now capable to meet the needs of mortgage lenders
and other clients nation-wide, providing the highest quality of
property maintenance and care. All of us believe Robert
deserves this honor because of his dedication to our company and
tireless commitment to our industry.
We want to express our appreciation to Ernst & Young for
recognizing Robert Klein and his leadership of an organization and
industry we are all very proud to serve.
