On July 17th, the Phoenix Regional Loan Center (RLC) released Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin No. 26-06-11 titled, "Transfer of Certain Loan Production Activities for New Mexico from the Denver Regional Loan Center to the Phoenix Regional Loan Center".

This follows the release of Loan Guaranty Information Bulletin No. 26-06-10 on July 3rd.

Effective August 1, 2006, the Phoenix RLC will assume responsibility for certain VA Loan Production activities in the state of New Mexico.

New Mexico Loan Production activities being transferred to the Phoenix RLC include:

• full reviews
• release of liability and substitution of entitlement requests
• paid in full loans
• training and outreach
• lender approval and maintenance issues and;
• the Native American Direct Loan Program.

On or after the effective date, all mail and inquiries concerning the aforementioned Loan Production activities in New Mexico (with the exception of responses to follow-up correspondence on cases being processed by the Denver RLC), should be directed to;
