On July 18th, HUD released Mortgagee Letter 2006-19 providing an updated address for Harrington, Moran & Barksdale, Inc. the Management and Marketing contractor responsible for handling Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Information for Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington properties
