HUD has released a revised Handbook 4060.1 (FHA Title II Mortgagee Approval Handbook). The handbook incorporates HUD's FHA Title II mortgagee approval and renewal requirements in addition to all Mortgagee Letters issued since September 30, 1993 pertaining to the FHA mortgagee approval requirements. All, or part of, specified mortgagee letters have been incorporated into the Handbook.
