Through the use of our All Client Alerts (ACA's), Safeguard provides industry updates and news on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The All Client Alerts, which range in topic from updates on local ordinances, best practice suggestions for investor/insurer guideline compliance, and information regarding changes to the applicable guidelines, rules, and regulations. Originally designed to inform our clients of issues that may affect them, the Alerts have evolved over time into a forum for discussion and creative resolution of industry issues.

Safeguard also maintains close relationships with all investors (HUD, FHA, FNMA, Freddie Mac, VA, etc.) to remain intimately aware of all current regulations and regulation interpretations.  We have proactively worked with the Investors as an advocate for the clients that we serve, creating workable strategies designed to ensure operational efficiency.  Our leadership has been instrumental in assisting these investors to create rules and regulations that save both our clients and investors time and money.
