Provided below are questions pertaining to P&P work. We would like for you to answer the following questions to make sure that you are correctly completing work, giving bids and/or reporting damages at a property. We need to make sure that we are providing our clients with the most accurate information and to reaffirm that you are knowledgeable about guidelines and how to correctly perform work.

DEBRIS QUESTIONS:
1.  Is it ok to charge by the item for h/hazards or debris removed within the allowable? i.e, Paint, tires, batteries, etc. Yes    No

10. You go to a CV property on an initial secure order and there is 11 CYDS of exterior debris and 1 CYD of interior raw garbage, can the interior raw garbage be removed? Why?

 

11. You go to a FHA pre-sale property on an initial secure order and there is 15 CYDS of exterior debris, 10 CYDS of interior raw garbage and 2 autos, what do you do and why ?

 

12. Is it acceptable to take a before photo of debris and/or hazards removed and only providing an after photo of the debris loaded on the truck?   Yes     No    Why?

13. What specific item in the house determines the difference between a Steam System and a Radiant System?

29. You arrive at a property and there is roof damage and water damage caused by the roof leak, what specific information must you always provide?

GRASS CUT QUESTIONS:

33. If you go to a property, and the grass can be cut for the allowable, but the grass cut season has ended, do you proceed with the grass cut?    Yes    No      Why?

36. Can re-cuts be bid after the initial grass cut has been completed?
