The Dept. Of Housing and Urban Development has released Mortgagee Letter (ML) 2008-21 titled:"FHA Loss Mitigation Program Updates". With this Mortgagee Letter the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) announces several changes to its Loss Mitigation Program enacted to strengthen both the Loan Modification and Partial Claim Initiatives.
