GOLD LEVEL ($20,000): Three Available One Remaining

  • Six conference attendee registrations
  • Sponsorship of the Wednesday evening welcome reception and musicians
  • Friday breakfast sponsor
  • Sign recognition at the sponsor events throughout hotel
  • Special recognition on sponsor company’s attendee badges
  • One full-page color ad in the conference booklet (premium ad placement)
  • Banner ad on the conference Web site
  • Company bio listed with company logo in conference booklet (maximum of 350 words)
  • Optional contribution of one promotional item to the conference bags (sponsor must provide the item in advance of the conference).  Please, no food items (gum and mints are permitted).

SILVER LEVEL ($15,000): Three Available  SOLD OUT

  • Four conference attendee registrations
  • Sponsorship of the cocktail hour and musicians on Thursday evening
  • Thursday breakfast sponsor
  • Sign recognition at the sponsor events throughout hotel
  • One half-page color ad in the conference booklet (premium ad placement)
  • Banner ad on the conference Web site
  • Company bio listed with company logo in conference booklet (maximum of 350 words)
  • Optional contribution of one promotional item to the conference bags (sponsor must provide the item in advance of the conference).  Please, no food items (gum and mints are permitted).

RELAXATION PACKAGE ($10,000): Two Available One Remaining

  • Two conference attendee registrations
  • Sponsorship of the relaxation room, which includes stations for conference attendees to recharge their electronic devices, as well as to take advantage of on-site chair massages.  Room will be available throughout the conference.
  • Minimum of two e-mail communications to registered attendees to broadcast the relaxation room information
  • Postcard included in the conference bag promoting the relaxation room
  • Logo recognition on all communications (including hotel signage) concerning the relaxation room
  • Optional contribution of one promotional item to the conference bags (sponsor must provide the item in advance of the conference).  Please, no food items (gum and mints are permitted).


THURSDAY LUNCH AND RAFFLE ($7,500): Four Available  SOLD OUT

  • Two conference attendee registrations
  • Sponsorship of the Thursday lunch and raffle
  • Sign recognition at sponsored event throughout hotel
  • Logo recognition on the conference Web site and all printed materials


FRIDAY LUNCH AND RAFFLE ($6,000): Three Available SOLD OUT

  • Two conference attendee registrations
  • Sponsorship of the Friday lunch and raffle
  • Sign recognition at sponsored event throughout hotel
  • Logo recognition on the conference Web site and all printed materials


AUDIENCE RESPONSE SYSTEM (ARS) ($6,000): One Available SOLD OUT

  • Once conference attendee registration
  • Sponsorship of the ARS devices and related prize giveaways
  • Logo on device collection boxes
  • Logo recognition on all communications concerning the devices
  • Logo recognition on the conference Web site and all printed materials

 

WEDNESDAY EVENING ROOM DROP ($3,500): One Available SOLD OUT

  • Sponsor is responsible for providing the item
  • All items must be packaged together so that only one item is being delivered per room
  • A Gold or Silver level sponsor may choose to substitute this option for the morning breakfast sponsorship


THURSDAY EVENING ROOM DROP ($3,500): One Available SOLD OUT

  • Sponsor is responsible for providing the item

ASSOCIATION SPONSORSHIPS ($1,000)

  • A great opportunity to reach key members of the industry!
  • Industry associations are invited to promote and encourage membership participation in their organization.
  • One complimentary conference registration
  • Sign recognition at the event
  • One quarter-page color ad in the conference booklet (or, upgrade to a half-page ad for an additional $175)
  • Opportunity to place association literature on display table

MEDIA SPONSORSHIPS ($1,000)
  • Industry media sponsors may provide copies of their most recent publications for insertion in the conference bag (publications must be delivered to the Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile on Monday, November 5)
  • Sign recognition at the event
  • Logo recognition on the conference Web site
