Memo 1096 Contractor Web Enhancements 10/21/04
Please be advised that additional enhancements will be made to the Contractor website on Thursday, October 21, 2004. This release contains changes to ensure accurate invoicing and proper reporting of previous work to include the following:
1. If a lockbox was previously installed at a property, you will now be asked if the lockbox is still present and operable. If it is not, you will be required to provide a bid to install a new lockbox.
2. When reporting Convey Condition status, the drop - down box options will no longer default to "yes" in order to prevent incorrect convey condition information from being inadvertently updated .
3. Pool invoice information will no longer allow the entry of $0 or any non-numeric characters.
4. Winterization invoicing is now dependent on the investor guidelines , and only the appropriate options will be displayed on the invoice screen.
