Misc Information:
- The monitoring fee may be waived if the owner can show that a building permit has been obtained, that the owner is progressing diligently to prepare the premises for occupancy, that the property meets all applicable codes and is actively being offered for sale/lease/rent, that imposition of the fee would impose a substantial economic hardship or hinder the rehabilitation of the property, or that the owner/occupant has only been temporarily absent and intends to return.
