Misc Information: 1) Must submit a “statement of plan” with registration. 2) A “vacant building permit” will be issued once the building has been inspected by the city and found in code compliance. Permit is valid for 6-months. 3) A separate boarding permit is required to board a property. 4) All utilities must be terminated by removal of the meters and termination of electric power at the pole (unless waived by the city). Sewer must be capped in approved manner.
