Synopsis: The Sheriff deed and trustee deed must be submitted within 10 days of sale; and the name and address of the grantee must be included if the grantee is subject to regulation in the state (or would be if the grantee were in-state).
- Sheriff and
trustee deeds must be submitted to county recorder within 10 days of the sale
of foreclosed properties
- If grantee is or would be (if grantee were in state) subject to state regulation the following must be included in both the sheriff and trustee deeds: “The grantee's name and address and the state in which the grantee is incorporated, organized, licensed, chartered or registered shall be set forth fully in the deed, together with the name of the country under which the grantee is chartered or formed”
